Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

LiveSponsors is an affiliate/rewards platform, not the operator holding your betting/gaming funds. Deposits and withdrawals happen on the partner operator's own platform (e.g. Betano, PokerStars, GGPoker, WPN, bet365, Bodog, BetOnline). LiveSponsors tracks that synced activity to award LS Points and Rewards Program benefits. This means payment methods, processing times, and fees are set by the operator you're playing on, not by LiveSponsors — for a definitive answer on any of these, please check with that operator or contact our support team.

What payment methods can I use to deposit or withdraw?

Accepted payment methods, minimums/maximums, and processing times are set by the operator you're playing on and can vary by region. Please contact support or check with your operator for the specific methods available to you.

How long does a withdrawal take to process?

Processing times are set by the operator you're playing on. If your withdrawal is delayed, it may be because your identity verification (KYC) isn't yet complete — see Account Registration, Login & Verification. If you've completed verification and it's still delayed, please contact support.

Are there fees on deposits or withdrawals?

Any fees would be set by the operator and/or payment provider you're using, not by LiveSponsors. Please check with your operator, or contact us if you've been charged a fee you don't understand.

Why is there a limit on how much I can deposit, withdraw, or bet?

Deposit, withdrawal, and betting limits can be applied automatically based on your account activity, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements — this is a normal part of how licensed operators manage risk and compliance, not a sign that something is wrong. Limits are applied dynamically and can vary by account. If you'd like an explanation of a limit on your account, please contact support.

I set a deposit limit — can I increase it right away if I change my mind?

You can lower a deposit limit at any time and it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off/waiting period (for example, 24 hours) before it takes effect — this is a safeguard, not a delay in your control. If you have more than one limit set, the most restrictive one always applies, and you generally can't set an unrealistically high limit.

I reversed/cancelled a withdrawal before — why can't I do that now?

If a "Stop Withdrawals" control has been applied to your account, it doesn't block you from withdrawing — it specifically prevents you from reversing a withdrawal back into your gambling balance once you've requested it. This can be applied automatically, for example after repeatedly cancelling withdrawals or depositing again shortly after withdrawing. If you'd like this reviewed, please contact support.

My card payment/deposit is being disputed or flagged — what happens?

If a deposit is disputed (for example, a chargeback) or flagged as potentially fraudulent, your account may be temporarily suspended while it's reviewed, you may be asked for additional verification, certain payment methods may be blocked, and any bonuses or winnings tied to the disputed deposit may be removed. Even a legitimate, good-faith dispute with your card issuer can trigger this kind of review. Please contact our support team so we can look into your specific case.
