Technical Issues & Troubleshooting
How do I install or update the mobile app?
Only download the app from official sources — Google Play or the Apple App Store, or (Android only) an APK from the operator's official website. If the app isn't working properly, update to the latest version first, and clear the app's cache if problems continue.
The site/app won't load, or is loading slowly — what should I try?
First, check your internet connection. If that's fine, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, disabling browser extensions that might interfere, checking whether a firewall or network setting is blocking access, and confirming you're not on a network that geo-restricts access. If it still won't load or remains slow — or other players report the same issue — please contact support, as this may point to a wider issue.
I'm getting a message that says I can't access the site from my location — why, and should I use a VPN?
Access can be restricted by location because of the licensing rules that apply to the operator/game in question. We strongly advise against using a VPN to get around this: doing so may violate the platform's terms of use and can result in your account being suspended. If you're in a restricted region, look for operators/products licensed to operate there instead.
Which browsers/devices are supported?
Modern versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari are supported, with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Mobile browsers are also supported, though the mobile app is generally recommended for the best experience.
What internet speed do I need for smooth play, especially live dealer games or poker?
As a general guide: at least 3 Mbps for regular play, and around 5 Mbps for live-dealer/streaming games. For poker and live-dealer games, low latency also matters — ideally under 100ms.
The game keeps freezing or crashing — what should I do?
Try refreshing the page or restarting the app first. If that doesn't help, clear your browser/app cache, check for pending app or OS updates, try a different device or browser, and confirm your internet connection is stable. If it happens repeatedly, or across multiple games or devices, please contact support.
What do common error messages mean?
"Connection lost" — your device lost its network connection; check your connection and reconnect. "Session expired" — you were logged out after inactivity or a timeout; simply log in again. "Insufficient funds" — your balance doesn't cover the bet/purchase you're trying to make. "Account Locked" — access has been temporarily restricted (see Account Registration, Login & Verification). "Invalid promo code" — the code isn't valid, has expired, or doesn't apply to your account. "Game not available" — usually means the game is temporarily down for maintenance or isn't available in your region. If a message doesn't match one of these, or keeps recurring, please contact support.
When should I contact support instead of troubleshooting on my own?
Reach out to our support team if: the problem persists after trying the basic fixes above, an error message is unclear or unfamiliar, the issue involves your account or balance, a bonus wasn't credited when it should have been, you're experiencing frequent disconnections while betting, or you need help with something more sensitive like identity verification, personal data, or security settings.
