Question 1

Welcome to the LiveSponsors Help Center

Accepted Answer

Welcome to the LiveSponsors Help Center. LiveSponsors is an affiliate and rewards platform — when you place bets or play poker and casino games, you do so on one of our partner operators (such as Betano, PokerStars, GGPoker, WPT, WPN, Bodog, BetOnline, bet365, TigerGaming, SportsBetting, Natural8, or PartyPoker). Your activity on a "synced" partner account is tracked so it counts toward your LS Points and Rewards Program tier.

Because of this, some details — like exact payment processing times, deposit limits, or bonus terms — are set by the partner operator you're playing on rather than by LiveSponsors directly. We'll always let you know when that's the case.

Question 2

Responsible Gambling

Accepted Answer

LiveSponsors is an affiliate/rewards platform, not the licensed gambling operator. Most Responsible Gambling tools (limits, self-exclusion, Time-Outs) are applied and controlled by the partner operator you're playing on (e.g. Betano, PokerStars, bet365, GGPoker, WPN, and others), not by LiveSponsors itself.

What is Responsible Gambling?

Responsible Gambling means playing consciously and within limits you set for yourself — being aware of the risks, keeping it as entertainment rather than a way to solve financial problems, and having access to tools and support if it stops feeling that way. Core tools available through operators include deposit and bet limits, session time limits, temporary or permanent self-exclusion, activity/betting history reports, and referrals to independent support organisations.

Can I self-exclude directly through LiveSponsors?

No. LiveSponsors does not perform self-exclusions. If you want to self-exclude, contact the operator you play on directly, or use a national self-exclusion register where available in your country. The only action LiveSponsors can take on its own side is to close your LiveSponsors account, if you ask us to. Typical self-exclusion durations offered by operators are short/medium-term (3 or 6 months), long-term (1 or 5 years), indefinite, or permanent — some licences require a minimum period (commonly 6 months). If you're self-excluded from a synced operator, you'll stop earning LS Points from it, can't purchase related

Question 3

Complaints & Escalation

Accepted Answer

How do I file a complaint?

You can reach out to our customer service team by email or through the website contact form — see Contact & Support Information for details — and your complaint will be reviewed and replied to.

If my complaint isn't resolved right away, what happens?

If a situation can't be resolved immediately, it's escalated for a more detailed review by the responsible team, and you'll be contacted again once there's an update.

When should I be talking to a real person instead of an automated assistant?

You'll always be connected to a human agent for: anything involving money, verification, or account restrictions you dispute; any suspected fraud, account takeover, or security concern; any concern about problem gambling, self-exclusion, or a message suggesting risk of harm; a report about another player's misconduct; a payment dispute or chargeback; and any complaint that isn't resolved by a first, straightforward answer.

I'm not satisfied with how my complaint was handled — is there a regulator or ombudsman I can contact?

The operator you play with is typically licensed by a specific gambling regulator (for example, the UK Gambling Commission, Malta's MGA, Curaçao's CGCB, Spain's DGOJ, or Portugal's SRIJ, depending on the operator and your region). You can check that operator's own site for their licence details and any regulator-provided complaints process. Please contact our support team and we'll help point you in the right direction.

Question 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Accepted Answer

LiveSponsors is an affiliate/rewards platform, not the operator holding your betting/gaming funds. Deposits and withdrawals happen on the partner operator's own platform (e.g. Betano, PokerStars, GGPoker, WPN, bet365, Bodog, BetOnline). LiveSponsors tracks that synced activity to award LS Points and Rewards Program benefits. This means payment methods, processing times, and fees are set by the operator you're playing on, not by LiveSponsors — for a definitive answer on any of these, please check with that operator or contact our support team.

What payment methods can I use to deposit or withdraw?

Accepted payment methods, minimums/maximums, and processing times are set by the operator you're playing on and can vary by region. Please contact support or check with your operator for the specific methods available to you.

How long does a withdrawal take to process?

Processing times are set by the operator you're playing on. If your withdrawal is delayed, it may be because your identity verification (KYC) isn't yet complete — see Account Registration, Login & Verification. If you've completed verification and it's still delayed, please contact support.

Are there fees on deposits or withdrawals?

Any fees would be set by the operator and/or payment provider you're using, not by LiveSponsors. Please check with your operator, or contact us if you've been charged a fee you don't understand.

Why is there a limit on how much I can deposit, withdraw, or bet?

Deposi

Question 5

Contact & Support Information

Accepted Answer

How can I contact LiveSponsors support?

You can reach us by email, through the website contact/support form, or via live chat.

What languages is support available in?

Support is available in at least English, Portuguese, and Spanish, including Brazilian Portuguese.

How quickly will support respond to me?

Response times depend on the type of issue. As a general guide: critical issues (technical problems, Responsible Gambling cases, urgent VIP matters) are typically responded to within 15 minutes to 1 hour; high-priority issues (account or account-sync issues, Staking queries) within 30 minutes to 1 hour; medium-priority issues (LS Points, purchases, promotions) within 1–4 hours; and lower-priority issues (affiliate requests, Refer-a-Friend queries, general topics) within a day. VIP customers are prioritised with faster targets across all categories. These are typical internal targets for email support, not a guarantee — live chat is handled in real time. If you've been waiting significantly longer than expected, please let us know.

What are your support hours?

Please contact our support team for our current hours of operation.

Is there a phone number I can call?

Support is provided through email, the website contact form, and live chat.

Question 6

Technical Issues & Troubleshooting

Accepted Answer

How do I install or update the mobile app?

Only download the app from official sources — Google Play or the Apple App Store, or (Android only) an APK from the operator's official website. If the app isn't working properly, update to the latest version first, and clear the app's cache if problems continue.

The site/app won't load, or is loading slowly — what should I try?

First, check your internet connection. If that's fine, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, disabling browser extensions that might interfere, checking whether a firewall or network setting is blocking access, and confirming you're not on a network that geo-restricts access. If it still won't load or remains slow — or other players report the same issue — please contact support, as this may point to a wider issue.

I'm getting a message that says I can't access the site from my location — why, and should I use a VPN?

Access can be restricted by location because of the licensing rules that apply to the operator/game in question. We strongly advise against using a VPN to get around this: doing so may violate the platform's terms of use and can result in your account being suspended. If you're in a restricted region, look for operators/products licensed to operate there instead.

Which browsers/devices are supported?

Modern versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari are supported, with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Mobile browsers are also supported, though the mobile app is g
